Payroll Manager

THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a brand who are seeking a Payroll Manager to join the business. The role will involve ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of the organisations Payroll.

Salary: £45,000 + Bonus

Key responsibilities include;

• Processing the Payroll for the companies organisations
• Oversee advancements, arrears, deductions, and elements related to salary sacrifice.
• Accurately record and manage holidays and absences.
• Handle pension contributions and pension payments.
• Payroll reporting
• Continuous improvement of the Payroll system
• Payroll compliance
• Payroll Year End

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience of responsibility of Payroll function
• Strong excel skills - VLOOKUP's & Pivot tables
• Strong communication skills
