Title: Payroll Manage (Hybrid)
West Sussex
£55000 + 10% Bonus & Benefits

We are working with a leading organisation who are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to come in and lead their team of 5. 

You will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring the accurate delivery of compliant payrolls for over 1000 employees.
  • Supervision, training and development of a team of 5.
  • You will build external relationships with providers and review periodically to ensure that service level expectations are met.
The successful applicant will be:
  • An experienced Payroll Manager (CIPP qualification an advantage).
  • Have strong legislative knowledge, experience of payroll controls and payroll reporting / analysis.
