Title: Payroll Manager
Location: Burton-On-Trent
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
 
Are you a senior Payroller, with leadership experience, that’s looking for a chance to take charge of your own team?
 
Have you worked with high volumes and multiple frequencies?
 
Well, we are working with a rapidly growing business, that are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager, to lead on their busy payroll of over 1500 employees.
  
Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of payrollers through the full end to end processing for over 1500 employees.
  • Processing of all statutory payments, pension’s payments, starters/ leavers and all RTI’s, P60’s and P45’s.
  • Lead on projects to integrate all payrolls across the business.
  • Be able to analyse data and offer proactive solutions to problems before they occur.
What You’ll Need:
  • Experienced with managing a team.
  • Experienced with high volume payroll.
  • Strong systems knowledge, with eye for improvements.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently.
