c.£85,000 - £95,000 DOE + Bonus

Network HR are working on a retained basis on behalf of a high-touch global financial services firm to support with a brand-new hire of a Payroll lead, to join their high performing team based in central London. As a key member of the HR team this role reports directly to the Director of HR for the UK and International business and will also oversee the spectrum of payroll across the UK, Europe, and Middle East. This role will require a strong emphasis on both improving and optimising existing day to day operational foundations such as external vendors, processes, and systems (Workday) as well as providing newly designed operational plans for complex payroll queries and issues whilst supporting the wider business. The Payroll lead will focus on operational excellence, service delivery, continuous improvement and driving payroll best practice by utilising their HRIS. The role requires key experience in international payroll and excellent stakeholder management. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Workday system experience will be mandatory for this appointment
  • International payroll experience
  • Previous experience of change and transformation of a payroll function
  • Excellent communication/collaboration skills
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced firm
  • Hands on approach and solutions focused
