Payroll & HR Consulting Manager (Public Sector)

Remote UK with some on-site travel

up to £800 per day inside IR35

Payroll & HR Consulting Manager - A public sector organisation is looking to recruit an established Payroll & HR Consulting Manager to join them on an initial 3 month contract. 

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in consultancy management combined with strong payroll & HR systems experience.

Payroll & HR Consulting Manager - Skills and Experience;
  • Possesses a background of working in consultancy positions.
  • Experience of working on large-scale, complex public sector payrolls.
  • Strong understanding of the cause of payroll errors combined with demonstrable root cause analysis skills.
  • A proven track record in project leadership/management.
  • Experience of managing a small team of Consultants/Process Analysts.
