Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for managing payroll and HR administration? We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our client and take charge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll process, including salary, benefits, taxes, and more.
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll data and handle corrections within set deadlines.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers for seamless payroll processing.
  • Maintain records of employee sickness, holidays, and benefits.
  • Administer UK company car fleet and pool cars.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Update HR systems with employee changes and relevant details.
  • Assist with HR document preparation, such as contracts and role changes.
  • Manage annual benefits renewals and holiday entitlements.
  • Maintain employee records in line with legal requirements.
  • Engage in other HR projects as directed by HR leadership.

Experience:

  • 2+ year experience in payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and numerical proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with professionalism.
  • Proactive team player with problem-solving abilities.
