Payroll Coordinator

T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Payroll Coordinator on behalf of a successful Company based near Snaith. This is an opportunity for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to make a difference.

  • Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working (2 to 3 days required in the office)

As Payroll Coordinator, you will use the time and attendance system to produce and submit payroll data. This role reports to the Payroll and Benefits Manager. As the business continues to grow, there will be the opportunity to take on extra responsibilities.

Responsibilities as Payroll Coordinator include:

  • Collate and update hours from time and attendance system
  • Submit timely information and update relevant records
  • Administration of pension schemes, payments and payroll queries
  • Submission of accurate information through to payroll bureau
  • ONS returns and P11D’s
  • Produce reports on headcount etc
  • New starter checks and P45’s for leavers

Skills/experience required to be a successful Payroll Coordinator:

  • Experience working with payroll, ideally with time and attendance software
  • Confident using Excel
  • Organised and MS Office literate
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • The ability to prioritise own workload & multi task
  • Excellent attention to detail
