Payroll & Benefits Specialist - 12 Month FTC - Hybrid Working - £45,000 + Fantastic Benefits

We are working with a well established Financial Services business that are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join them on an initial 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This could also be suited for someone who has exposure in Payroll & Benefits and is looking to kick start their career in Reward, Benefits and Payroll.

About the role

  • Processing the payroll, benefits and pensions with the Payroll Manager
  • Support with Benefits administration and the renewal process
  • Aid in the management and enhancement of compensation and benefit programs through precise analysis and reporting.
  • Support in ensuring that salary and benefits packages align accurately with the company's brand and strategic positioning, encompassing both expatriate packages and local staff.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits across the organization.
  • Handle general administration tasks related to company benefits.
  • Assist in benchmarking salaries and furnishing annual salary review data for senior management.
  • Develop familiarity with company pension schemes and contribute to their administration and technical aspects.
  • Contribute to the execution of the annual salary review process and the ongoing management of salary and benefits budgets.
  • Utilize the HR system to generate information.
