Payroll & Benefits Controller

Your new company
A large multinational group are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Controller on a permanent basis with a salary paying up to £45,000 plus bonus. They are looking to add to their finance team where you'll be joining them in an office based in West London working on a hybrid model.

Your new role
Your new role will see you reporting directly to the Payroll & Benefits Manager, where you'll be asked to fulfil various responsibilities.
Responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end UK payroll processing for up to 3000+ employees
• Process starters, leavers and update forms onto ADP IHCM
• Co-ordinate and administer the complete Benefits function with support from the Payroll and Benefits Manager
• Process benefits enrolments, changes, and terminations accurately
• Complete year-end payroll processes and produce relevant P60's, P11D's, P11D(b)
• Process SPP, SMP, SSP, Student loan deductions, attachment of earning orders.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to have worked at least a wide experience working within the Payroll & Benefits function as you'll be expected to hit the ground running. You will have strong attention to detail, a high level of speed & accuracy, strong communication skills, and a strong hunger to succeed.
You'll ideally have ADVANCED EXCEL, good knowledge of pension processes, salary sacrifice schemes and how these are processed through payroll, Knowledge of ADP IHCM & knowledge of employee's benefits and statutory compliance.
