 Job title: Payroll and Finance Officer

• Contract Type: Temporary, office based.

• Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week

• Location: Cobham, Surrey

• Salary: £12.00- £15.00 per hour PAYE


I am urgently seeking an experienced and dedicated Payroll and Finance Officer to join a small finance department based in Cobham, Surrey. This is initially a temporary role, however for the right candidate this could turn perm.

Day to Day of the Role:

• Accurately process payroll in a timely manner.

• Perform finance administration tasks with diligence.

• Support the wider finance team with various duties.

• Work collaboratively to ensure the success of the finance department.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in payroll and finance administration.

Experience working in education having used PASS Finance system.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

• Commitment to continuous professional development.
