Wise May are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join a law firm based in the City.

Duties to include:

  • Overall responsibility for accurate and timely monthly payroll preparation
  • Liaising with external payroll preparation
  • Acting as super-user for our payroll system
  • Managing the administration of all benefits including pension, life insurance, private medical insurance
  • Accurate invoice processing for benefits
  • Handling staff queries in relation to benefits
  • Pension calculations to ensure payroll deductions meet requirements
  • Monthly checks on pensions before payroll

Part time, 15 hours per week, office based, £32-35k pro rata
