Payroll and Benefits Co-ordinator
Wise May are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join a law firm based in the City.
Duties to include:
- Overall responsibility for accurate and timely monthly payroll preparation
- Liaising with external payroll preparation
- Acting as super-user for our payroll system
- Managing the administration of all benefits including pension, life insurance, private medical insurance
- Accurate invoice processing for benefits
- Handling staff queries in relation to benefits
- Pension calculations to ensure payroll deductions meet requirements
- Monthly checks on pensions before payroll
Part time, 15 hours per week, office based, £32-35k pro rata
