Accounts & Admin Assistant / Accounts Administrator - Office based part-time role near Eastleigh
16-20 hours over 3 or 4 days
All-round administration and accounts position supporting the Partners in this well established, respected, busy family run business

We’re looking for someone who is great with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and ideally trained on Quick Books who is an all-rounder in Accounts and Administration.

Brilliant role for someone local with some accounts assistant, accounts administrator or bookkeeping experience looking for an all-round, all action opportunity in a busy office as part of a small team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a variety of admin and basic bookkeeping tasks, and has initiative, good energy and a great work ethic!

The Person:

  • Admin Assistant / Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper experience
  • Strong user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of Quick Books would be a plus!
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Local & looking for a part time office based role over 3 or 4 days Monday - Friday
  • Team player - Great communicator - High attention to detail - Happy to get stuck in!

The Role:

  • Answering calls, taking messages, providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting with VAT returns and reconciliations
  • Data entry
  • Updating client records
  • Filing
  • General admin duties
  • Other Ad Hoc Duties as required.
