Payroll Advisor

SF Recruitment are working with a fantastic client of ours near Derbyshire Boarder to recruit for a Payroll Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is offering flexible working i.e. Hybrid Model with the working hours Monday to Friday 9am until 5.00pm. We are looking for a personable candidate who has payroll experience under their belt and happy to take on a new challenge in a busy environment.

Hours: 37.5 Hours/ Week
Shift: 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM.

Take a look at some duties below:

Liaise with the HR team re changes to master data and action new starters, leavers & changes to pay
Prepare and upload overtime submissions generated in the business
Update payroll master data, e.g. tax codes, NI categories, pension scheme details, bank accounts
Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls, generating reports, completing checks, and preparing reconciliation comparisons for manager review
Administer accurate changes to pay associated with all absence types
Run the auto enrolment process
Prepare and submit RTI returns ensuring legislative compliance
Deliver the standards required to comply with internal controls
Resolution of queries
Manual calculations / advance payments
Maintain accurate records
Any other duties as required

We're looking for a good communicator, and someone who has experience of working in a Payroll position and can work effectively with other team members to deliver the day to day running of Payroll across the Group.
