Job Title: Payroll Advisor
Contract: FTC 9 months
Location: London Victoria
Salary: £36,000 per annum + bonus and benefits

Responsibilities: 
  • Handle complex payroll queries and administration, such as gross up payments and tax guidance.
  • Meet stated service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage HR accounting tasks, including preparation and posting of journals, monthly accruals, and full reconciliation.
  • Assist with executive pay queries, associated taxes, and support their tax year-end responsibilities and planning.
  • Work closely with the payroll software supplier to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in the checking and approval process with brand business partners.
  • Process salary reviews and bonus payments on an annual basis.
Skills required:
  • Up to date payroll legislation experience
  • Good analytical skills 
  • Able to produce Payroll & HR reports
  • Used to working in a busy payroll environment
