Payroll Advisor *Hospitality* Offering up to £40k

Your new company
Following a change in organisational structure, a new exciting opportunity as a Payroll Manager to manage the payroll for a population of casual and freelance workers within a leading organisation within the Hospitality Sector.

Your new role
As the Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing end-to-end weekly payroll for approximately 1300 casual workers in the UK, ensuring they are paid accurately and on time
  • Managing the holiday pay, ensuring processes are engaged appropriately
  • Managing the receipt and processing of invoices from freelancers in EMEA entities
  • Providing senior stakeholders with pay information so that the costs can be cross-charged
  • Managing a small team based outside the UK who are responsible for a smaller payroll of casual staff


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience managing end-to-end payroll in UK and EMEA countries
  • Reviewing and streamlining payroll processes
  • Previous experience managing a small team
  • Strong understanding of relevant UK Tax & NI environments
