Payroll Advisor (FTC) London Victoria - £36000 + Benefits

A well known business based in Victoria are seeking to hire a Payroll Advisor on a contract basis of 9 months.

You will be responsible for;
  • Handle complex payroll queries and administration, such as gross up payments and tax guidance. Meet stated service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage HR accounting tasks, including preparation and posting of journals, monthly accruals, and full reconciliation.
  • Assist with executive pay queries, associated taxes, and support their tax year-end responsibilities and planning. Work closely with the payroll software supplier to ensure compliance with HMRC and company requirements.
  • Participate in the checking and approval process with brand business partners. Process salary reviews and bonus payments on an annual basis.
  • Produce general reports, including personnel budget analysis. Comply with internal and external audit requirement
The ideal applicant will have:
  • Up to date payroll legislation experience
  • Good analytical skills 
  • Able to produce Payroll & HR reports
  • Used to working in a busy payroll environment
