Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an established and successful umbrella services organisation, with the appointment of a Payroll Administrator to join their expanding team. Their modern offices are located in Central Bristol, just minutes from Bristol Temple Meads.

No payroll experience is required for this role as full training will be required. The role will be supporting in both a customer service and administration capacity, ensuring the smooth running of the payroll department and providing an outstanding service to their clients. This role will be perfect for individuals looking to expand their skillset and further their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling queries from clients via telephone, email and webchat.
  • Processing timesheets and assisting with the running of payroll.
  • Raising invoices and processing expense claims.
  • Assisting contractors with payslip issues, payslip queries, PAYE deductions.
  • Providing payroll reports and documentation for contractors.

Key Skills:

  • Customer service or administration experience based within an office environment.
  • Good numeracy skills and Microsoft Office knowledge (e.g. Excel).
  • A professional telephone manner and confidence building excellent customer relationships.
