Our client are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the existing team.

someone with some experience with processing expenses and if they have experience in HR systems, that would be a benefit.Administer the Offshore Payroll on a monthly basis including starters, leavers, pay rate changes (including backpay calculations) assisting employees with payslip access, answering queries, calculation of leave balances etc.Processing of expense claimsSupport the Senior Payroll Officer with the Aberdeen Offshore Payroll by processing vessel timesheets into the HR system as accurately as possible and within payroll deadlines

Monitor timesheets submissions for omissions by reconciling the number of timesheets received against the number of people on the Vessel Personnel on Board reports
Monitor timesheets for accuracy by sample checks of the number of days onboard as per the Vessel Personnel on Board reports and the number of days on the timesheets.
Processing of expense claims
Assist with updating the Time & Attendance system.
Assist with general Payroll Section duties on an adhoc basis as the needs arise. This will include preparation of payment instructions, cross-checking the calculations of others, answering queries on other payrolls, assist with the collation of data for internal and external reporting etc.
