Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Harpenden
Salary: £28,000
 
We are working with a leading chartered accountants who are looking for a client payroller to come in and join their growing team.  
  
Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly and monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients.
  • Use manual calculations for system checks or client inquiries.
  • Prioritise and plan workload efficiently.
  • Generate quarterly and annual fee invoices.
  • Communicate directly with clients in-person and over the phone.
  • Report into the Payroll Manager.
What You’ll Need:
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Sage.
  • Have great communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Can do attitude.
