A diligent Payroll Administrator is needed in this newly created role to provide key support across the function. The chosen candidate will be adept at handling payroll procedures, ensuring accurate and timely payment for all staff.

Description
- Processing weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and promptly.
- Maintaining payroll records and employee information.
- Managing statutory payments, deductions, and year-end reports.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and responding to employee payroll queries.
- Assisting with audits and compliance checks.
- Supporting in payroll-related projects.
- Liaising with HR and Finance departments.
- Keeping up to date with payroll legislations.
Profile
A successful Payroll Admin should have:
- A strong understanding of payroll procedures and legislation.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £27,000 - £33,000, depending on experience.
- Generous holiday allowance with 25 days leave, excluding public holidays.
