Payments Administrator / Up to £28,000 / Royal Tunbridge Wells / Permanent
Overview:

A Market Leader in Financial Services are currently seeking a Payments Administrator to join their team to ensure that all cash payment requests are actioned promptly.

This is an excellent opportunity to excel your Administration career with progression available.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Processing payments via CHAPS and BACS to clients
  • Reconcile bank statements daily
  • Pay in all cheques received into the bank
  • Respond to client queries by phone and email
  • Ensure procedures are being followed
  • Liaise with internal teams regarding clients

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in the Financial Services sector
  • Keen interest in the financial sector
  • An excellent communicator
  • Hard-working and ambitious
  • A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals

Package:
  • Up to £28,000 basic salary depending on experience
  • 25 days annual leave
