Connections is thrilled to partner with a leading Manchester clinic to identify a compassionate and dedicated Patient Advisor to join their team.

As a Patient Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of our patients' journeys, providing invaluable support and guidance every step of the way.

Your role will involve:

  • Guiding patients through the entire treatment process, offering expert advice and assistance to ensure their comfort and confidence.
  • Maintaining a warm and empathetic approach, ensuring each patient feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey.
  • Managing patient inquiries with professionalism and efficiency across various communication channels, including phone calls and emails.
  • Using our state-of-the-art patient record management system to oversee and support patients through every stage of their treatment cycle, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and accurately.

Salary: £25,000
Location: Cheadle (Office-Based)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
