A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Patent Paralegal/Administrator/Secretary with a patent working background to join a successful patents team in a well-established firm in London. This role would suit an individual with a minimum of 2+ years’ patent experience and the ability to support the team in this busy role. If you are CIPA qualified this will be beneficial but not essential.

Duties included but not limited to:

  • Supporting senior level paralegals and attorneys.
  • Liaising with EUIPO and UKIPO regarding applications, deadlines, amendments and updates
  • Communicating with clients (via telephone and email)
  • Ad hoc tasks to support the IP team
  • You must be confident handling a busy and varied role and be agile and flexible in your approach to tasks.
