A Pastry CDP is required for a well established luxury hotel with big things on the horizon. You will be working in an established Pastry Team consisting of a Head Pastry Chef (you as Pastry CDP) 1 x Pastry Commis Chef and 1 Pastry Apprentice Chef.

  • Overtime £13.50 per hour (£32,000 per year)

  • One focus will be to bring ideas to improve even the further the afternoon tea concept.
