As part of their continued growth plan, an opportunity arises for a parts administrator to join the team as a key member of the service department.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for dealing with clients and customers, providing quotes, checking deliveries, managing stock and assisting workshop staff. You will be supported with product training to build on your existing technical knowledge.

The role:

• Managing and maintaining stock levels
• Completing departmental administration including import/export, despatch and invoice
• Managing warranty claims with suppliers
• Investigate and award contracts for services within the company

The Person:

• Parts Administrator or similar
• Ideally a technical / construction background
