Parts Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Ducati team in Ferndown. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday

Responsibilities as ourParts Advisor will include:

• Making service/repair bookings
• Processing warranty claims accurately
• Producing accurate job cards and invoices
• Processing parts, accessory & apparel orders
• Managing stock levels of parts, accessories & apparel
• Ensuring parts are available for each job
• Keeping customers informed on the progress of the work being carried out
• Optimising additional upselling opportunities
• Working alongside our skilled technicians to ensure customers receive a first class service

What we’re looking for in our Parts Advisor:

• You must hold a full, clean Motorcycle and Car driving license to be considered for this role
• Experience in a similar role
• Passion for all things associated with motorcycles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Impressive organisational skills
• Extensive product knowledge
• Ability to thrive within a team
• Professional and courteous manner
• Willingness to represent the business at offsite events
