The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a main dealership client of ours located on the outskirts of Southampton. This offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-established motor dealer group.

Previous experience within the motor trade and in a Parts Advisor role is essential.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles.

Maintain accurate inventory records of parts stock, ensuring availability for customer needs.

Process orders efficiently, including locating parts, pricing, and arranging delivery or pickup.

Collaborate with other departments such as service, sales, and finance to ensure seamless operations.

Monitor and reorder stock as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organised parts department for efficient workflow.

Provide technical assistance to customers when needed, such as explaining installation procedures or troubleshooting part-related issues.

Package:

Basic Salary: £27,000 + £30,000 [Depending on experience]!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [7:30am - 5:00pm] or [8:30am - 6:00pm]!!

(1-in-2) Saturdays [8:00am - 1:00pm]!!

24 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays!!!
