The Role:

We have the pleasure of working with a highly regarded, modern dealership who are in search of an experienced Parts Advisor to join their growing team based in Aldershot.

The preferred Parts Advisor will possess prior experience in the automotive industry, demonstrate a keen desire for advancement, and collaborate effectively within the aftersales team.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

Assist customers in identifying their specific automotive part needs.

Recommend suitable automotive parts based on customer requirements and vehicle specifications.

Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of automotive parts.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts inventory, including availability, compatibility, and pricing.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Package:

Basic Salary: £26,000 + OTE of up to £29,000!!!

Hours: Monday - Friday [7:30am - 5:30pm]!!

(1-in-2) Saturdays [8:30am - 12:30pm] paid as overtime!!

Profit share bonus scheme which is a percentage of gross profit for the Parts Department.
