Wilson Recruitment have been commissioned to support the growth of a family run business within the automotive sector, specifically a main dealership of HGV’s. Due to continued expansion and growth, the company are seeking the following:

The Job:
• Parts Advisor
• Salary c.£25k-£27k negotiable depending on experience plus overtime
• Monday to Friday 0600-1500 and 0900-1800 + 1:2 Saturdays 0700-1200/0800-1300
• West Bromwich, B71

What we’re looking for:
• Will be confident, well-mannered, calm and patient
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to greet customers on arrival to the reception area and maintain good working relationships with their team
• Should be adaptable to learn new systems and processes as per the companies training
• Would have prior experience in ordering car, van and/or HGV parts
• Might possess the ability to translate automotive jargon to customers in a way they understand
• Could have experience of working as a Parts Advisor or have some experience working within an automotive setting, preferably HGVs
• Shall have some understanding of dealership systems such as ADP/Kerridge/Autoline
• Can demonstrate a clear career history and provide references or referee details from similar roles
• Shall hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points and have access to a reliable vehicle
