Working for one of the UK’s most respected AC and Refrigeration companies as a Parts Administrator, you’ll find yourself sourcing, purchasing and ordering parts, maintaining crucial logs on the system and even doing some manual handling. This role is very hands on and offers a varied workload, so no two days are the same. 


Salary – Up to £30,000 Per Annum

Location – Peterborough

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 8-5

The Role


You’ll play an integral part in keeping all stock inventory up to date, ordering in new stock based on the engineers’ requirements and providing insights into the equipment being used. Prior administrative, sourcing, stock management and stores experience is ideal. You’ll also conduct health and safety checks regularly, including ladder inspections, PAT testing, fire extinguishers, gauge testing and fire alarms (training will be given for all of this).


You will also receive the deliveries, often requiring you to move gas cylinders up to weights of 28Kg although you will have a wheeled trolley to assist with this. As well as this you'll also monitor van inspections.


Experience in a similar administrative role in electrical, plumber wholesaler, builder’s merchants, warehouse or a similar supplier-based industry is essential. 


We’re looking for a diligent, organised and adaptable person who enjoys interacting with customers and engineers alike.  


A full driving license will be required as you will sometimes be required to move parts to different locations.
