Overview

As part of our ongoing expansion, Enterprise has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Coordinator to join our team in Acklea.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and experienced administrator that can hit the ground running and wants to work within a busy parts and fleet department.

The successful candidate will be required to ensure all parts are in stock and prepared ready to be signed out to Automotive Technicians.

Hours

  • 45 hours
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7.00am to 5:00pm. 

Salary

  • Range from £27500 to £29000 (based on experience)
  • 1.25% overtime

Training and Development

This role offers fantastic progression opportunities via our in-house training and development program. The training program will be around 10 months. As you complete each task on the training roadmap you will mark your completion and you're understanding and competence in that area will be accredited by one of the team. Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers from 28 locations across the UK and Ireland, while boasting one of the largest and most diverse commercial vehicle rental fleets.

Responsibilities

• Checking stock levels both within the stores department and with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Ordering parts from suppliers and manufacturers.
• Updating internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Lots of communication will be required with suppliers and manufacturers, you will be chasing up ETA’s on deliveries, rectifying any incorrect orders and general enquiries regarding parts.
• Daily contact with customers assisting with the parts requests and organising carriage / delivery

Qualifications

• Confident of working with computer systems and a knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Sage advantageous but not essential
• Preferably you will have previous experience of working within a parts department.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player
• Willing to carryout additional admin duties when required
