Partnerships Officer

This role will be based within the very busy Housing Advice service providing housing related advice to non UK nationals including Serco leavers. Your primary focus will be to prevent households from becoming homeless through using a wide range of tools available to you. You will be expected to participate in multi-agency meetings to support those most vulnerable in our communities to ensure sustainability of tenancies and accommodation arrangements.

We are seeking an experienced individual who has worked within a busy and challenging environment, you will be used to having to manage competing priorities and often having to use your own initiative to find solutions for customers.

Experience of using IT systems including the Locata case management system and Microsoft packages would be an advantage. Previous knowledge of supporting this client group would also be a benefit.
