Partnership Support Officer

Monday - Friday | Derby | Hybrid | up to £27,000

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate effective communication and address day-to-day operational issues.
• Develop robust business relationships with accounts and the field sales structure.
• Assist in on-boarding for new advisers.
• Proactively follow up on current or new initiatives.
• Provide feedback on key projects and marketing campaigns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

About You! Training provided, but successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Engaging personality with rapid rapport-building skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Self-motivated with a positive and "can-do" attitude.
• Advanced Excel skills.
