Gleeson Recruitment are working with a well-known Financial Services business in Derby to recruit a Partnership Support Specialist. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting their Sales teams and National Sales Director. As part of the team, you'll handle day-to-day operational issues, foster strong business relationships, and aid in the implementation of new initiatives across our network.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective communication and support to field Sales teams and Advisors.
  • Develop business relationships with accounts and field sales structure.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new advisers.
  • Proactively follow up on initiatives and maintain contact with Regional Sales Directors.
  • Collaborate with head office staff and maintain a thorough understanding of key projects and delivery programs.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and provide feedback on brand awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, GDPR regulations, and industry standards.
  • Liaise with product providers to assist in problem-solving.
