Our client is a major multi-award-winning IT/ Digital training provider which has been operating for over 20 years, supporting learners through their unique offering of Apprenticeships, Recruitment and Training services.

Position Overview

As a Partnership Manager within our Training Sales team, you will drive client relationships, activity, and vacancy generation leading to employment starts for boot camp and AEB graduates. Using a solution-focused approach across identified sectors, you will open the doors to new client partners by understanding your audience and tailoring your approach to secure new business in line with targets and expectations.

The role:

You will be an influential, experienced, and proactive business development expert used to working with senior stakeholders in complex organisations. Supported by our marketing and resourcing functions, you will manage the start of the recruitment & sales process, creating new business opportunities to nurture and develop into key client partners. Some of your tasks will include intelligent marketing, face-to-face meetings, webinars, roundtables and proactive business development.

You will always promote the range of products and services ensuring you find the right answers and creating sustainable business opportunities for our clients.

  • To achieve set activity & new client targets while also delivering on agreed objectives
  • To generate success from sales calls and client meetings
  • To create and deliver a sector-focused engagement plan
  • Managing client relationships to the highest standard
  • To evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations
  • To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed.
  • New Business Tenders and Pitches
  • Maintaining all relevant management information on our CRM - quality data makes us successful

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience
  • Experience in targeting Large Key accounts such as FTSE250 ( Public sector/ large blue chip)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to articulate technical content to C suite stakeholders.
  • Ability to deal with lots of different types of clients in a professional manner
  • High levels of Pace, Passion & Persuasion - it’s what we look for in all our hires!
  • Solutions orientated, commercially astute and always seeking to improve own ability
  • Excellent Inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to learn and execute detailed operational plans
  • Approachable, motivational and solutions-orientated
