Partnership Executive

Our Partnership team are searching for an experienced, dedicated individual to join Lifetime Training. You will support the Sales Enablement Manager and wider partnership team by co-ordinating and supporting with associated campaigns, reporting and analysis, and generating key intelligence for both internal and external customers to achieve partnership and business objectives.

What will you be doing? 

• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, producing reports on a regular basis for both internal and external use
• Track and analyse partnership performance metrics
• Maintain and govern accurate data associated to employer partners within CRM and Aptem
• Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Manager and wider partnership team to identify key areas for improvement in sales processes
• Create and maintain sales enablement tools including marketing collateral
• Guarantee effective processing of finance related administration to ensure timely payments are transacted
• Manage a portfolio of clients, administration and campaign work to ensure projects and initiatives are completed on time

• Computer literate with high levels of confidence with Microsoft Office programmes
• Accuracy and ability to follow instructions
• Confident and professional manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
