Summary:

Our client is a growing customer focused Renewable Energy Supplier, with a mission to turn the grid green and offering fair prices to household customers across the UK. They are looking for a Partner Support Analyst to join their growing team and help deliver their vision. As a Partner Support Analyst, you will be the cornerstone of exceptional customer support using your problem-solving skills to manage all day-to-day queries from their partners, including billing and metering. Key responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Contribute to crafting event communications within the customer journey to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Refine requirements, oversee backlog management and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
  • Assist the finance department in validating industry invoices to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer support, adeptly handling diverse inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilise problem-solving abilities to pinpoint root causes and deliver clear, understandable solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries, effectively managing expectations throughout the resolution process.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while prioritising customer satisfaction.

Skills and experience required:

  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
  • Possess a genuine analytical problem-solving mindset, capable of elucidating findings in a straightforward, accessible manner.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in addressing various customer queries across multiple communication channels.
  • Display a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, constantly seeking ways to elevate the customer experience.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks, adjusting priorities in alignment with business objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective communication and empathy with customers
  • While prior experience in the energy industry is advantageous, a strong willingness to learn and apply new skills is equally valued.

Locations: Bedford - Hybrid (2 days office)

Salary: £28,000K
