An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partner Designate to join a well-established, growing & ambitious Chartered Accountancy Practicebased in Stafford.

The firm are very well-established and enjoyed phenomenal growth in particular over the last 6 years.

This firm are looking to recruit a Partner Designate into the organisation given the impending retirement of the senior partner.

They are looking for an individual who is personable and has excellent communication skills, along with the technical knowledge and understanding, and someone who aspires to become a Partner in the next 12-24 months.

As a Partner Designate you will be working closely with the existing Partners and building on client relationships. You will take on the responsibility of managing your own client portfolio, as well as assisting the firm in the development of future business and drive success.

Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 5 years (Minimum) Chartered Accountancy Practice experience (In a UK Practice)
  • 3 years PQE experience (ACCA / ACA)
  • Rounded practice exposure
  • Technical knowledge and understanding
  • Experience of managing your own client portfolio at a senior manager level
  • The ability of generating new business
  • Assisting the firm in the development of future business
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent leadership & management skills
  • Aspirations to become a Partner in 12-24 months

What’s on offer

  • Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 DOE
  • Contract type: Full Time (Permanent)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday (Must be flexible with working hours)
