Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with workflow management and job allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with Directors.
  • Manage your own client portfolio.
  • Engage with a diverse clientele, preparing and reviewing financial statements.
  • Contribute insights on accounting systems and ongoing developments with Making Tax Digital.
  • Support and mentor junior team members in their professional development.

Required Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a practice setting is essential.
  • Some supervisory experience or the ability to oversee a small team.
  • Career-driven mindset.
  • Experience supporting clients across various sectors (professional services, service sector, construction, manufacturing, retail, agriculture).
  • Proficiency with Xero is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with TaxCalc is beneficial.
  • Strong team player with a preference for working in a small office environment.
