I am excited to be recruiting for a RIBA Chartered Architectural Practices who's over 80 years of experience ensure that they deliver forward thinking, inspiring and high quality designs through sectors such as residential, education and healthcare. Their diverse portfolio spans small to large scale projects as well as interior design, urban design and masterplanning. With exciting growth plans they are seeking a passionate Part Two Architectural Assistant to join their friendy team in Harrogate.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high quality designs, be a confident user of Revit and AutoCAD as well as post Part Two Qualification experience.

Experience, skills and responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

• Achieved both RIBA Part One and Part Two qualifications
• Post Part Two Qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
• Confident user of Revit and AutoCAD as well as other industry standard software
• Excellent communication skills
• Competent knowledge of UK building regulations
• Good design skills and technical drawing abilities
• Experience working on projects such as retail, residential, commercial and leisure
• Keen to continue professional development
• Enthuastic about integrating sustaibility into designs
• Strong work ethic
