Are you looking for a part-time role in Buckinghamshire? Our client is seeking a Contracts Administrator - Transport/Plant Hire Co-Ordinator to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.

Position: Contracts Administrator - Transport/Plant Hire Co-Ordinator

? Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30 am - 3.00 pm (27.5 hours per week)

Salary: Up to £20,000

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring material deliveries from Europe to UK sites, as well as managing plant hire operations for the Contracts Department. You will liaise with suppliers, transportation companies, and the Contracts team to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

? Coordinate material transport with the Contracts team

? Source the best transportation options for materials into UK sites

? Plan and coordinate transport operations with suppliers and transportation companies

? Monitor transport costs and delivery times

? Track shipments and resolve any transportation issues

? Maintain and update IT systems

? Arrange deliveries and collections of plant items

? Liaise with customers regarding plant deliveries/collections
