Job Title: Part-Time Telemarketing Executive

Location: Ipswich

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 Pro-rata (depending on experience)

Summary of Position:

We havea great opportunity for a Part-Time Telemarketing Executive to join our Client who has over 40 years of experience in providing care equipment. The Part-Time Telemarketing Executive will generate opportunities that contribute towards achieving the sales targets and increasing the visibility of the brand and solutions.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Build and maintain customer relationships and generate leads.
• Arrange face-to-face meetings for the sales team.
• Undertake regular scheduled 3-monthly calls to promote the client's offering.
• Work with Marketing to carry out the telemarketing component of campaigns.
• Maintain accurate notes on all customer interactions.
• Hit all KPIs set.

Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes:

• Previous telemarketing/call centre experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Effectively manage one’s time and resources to ensurethat workis completedefficiently.
• Generate innovative solutions to situations, trying different and new ways to deal with problems and opportunities.
• Tenacious, adaptable and action orientated.
• Actively participate as amember of the teamto move toward the completion of goals.
