The role of a Teaching Assistant is to work with a child on a one-to-one basis or support them within small or whole class groups, acting as a listener, encourager, motivator, and role model.

Your role & responsibilities:

• Be able to build and maintain positive relationships.

• Work within a classroom with a SEN child on a 1-2-1 basis

• To help in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources including adjusting in classroom layout

• Be passionate about achievement for every child and committed to ongoing professional learning.

Non-negotiables:

• Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.

• Have experience of working with SEN / additional needs and/or similar setting

• Offer drive, kindness, enthusiasm, imagination, and commitment.
