Part time Supervising Social Worker - 4 days

salary up to £36,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance (pro rata)

NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in Essex in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

This is a part time role for 4 days per week, allowing you to have a better work - life balance.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will have a manageable caseload of 8 foster families, located mostly around the Essex area.

In this role, you will have the flexibility to do some of the work from home and some from their office in Billericay.

- good salary package - £36,000 + £5,000 car allowance (this will be pro rata for 4 days)

- very good annual leave - 30 days per year (pro rata for 4 days) + bank holidays + time off between Christmas and New Years (this will not be taken from your annual leave, but it will be on top of it, allowing you to have a much better work - life balance).

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a Child Protection or Looked After Children team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
