£28,000-32,000 pro-rata

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Finance and Head of Production, the Receptionist you will greet visitors to the office, making them feel welcomed and direct them to the appropriate office or department. You will also assist with general administration and housekeeping tasks, answer and direct calls and emails, organise post and deliveries.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Welcoming new employees, showing them around the office and providing them with access fobs.
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Booking and scheduling meeting rooms and making sure they are ready for visitors.
  • Organising refreshments for meetings as and when required.
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner; taking messages when necessary.
  • Booking and logging all couriers and taxis.
  • Booking parking spaces for guests.
  • Receiving deliveries; sorting and distributing incoming mail.
  • Franking and posting outgoing mail.
  • Monitoring, scheduling and logging maintenance checks, such as PAT, fire safety, alarm systems, water quality, lift system and others as required.
  • Analysing general office expenses and invoices for Accounts.
  • Monitoring and logging attendance, leaver dates, holidays and sickness on People HR.
  • Assisting with other HR tasks

This role requires someone to work Mon- Weds and live close to Hammersmith. Please upload your CV in word format.
