Part Time Receptionist

The Company:
Pertemps are recruiting for a Receptionist on a temporary ongoing basis, on behalf of a company in the local area.

The role:
Undertake the smooth running of a busy reception area. Being the first point of contact for face-to-face and telephone enquiries. Carrying out general office administration duties.
Main responsibilities:
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal
  • Good knowledge and understanding in using computers.
  • Microsoft Office skills—Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • First point of contact for enquiries both face-to-face and on the telephone for clients, professional contacts
  • Showing new customers around the office spaces
  • Ensuring front of house areas are always clean and tidy.
  • Be confident working independently, demonstrating good initiative and be a strong problem solver.
  • Diplomatic, friendly, and approachable
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • General office administration duties—filing, photocopying, scanning etc.,
  • Promoting the company on Facebook.

Hours of work:
9.30am-3pm Monday to Friday
£12 p/hour
