Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temporary)

Type: Part-time, Temporary
Salary: £25,000 pro rata
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm - 22.5 hours per week - flexible working hours

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a friendly and supportive team, with the bonus of flexible working hours, which can be done in 3 full days or spread across 5 days.
Duties:
- Matching GRN
- Processing purchase invoices
- Setting up new suppliers
- Reconciling suppliers’ statements
- Assisting with payment runs
- Dealing with suppliers’ queries
Must Have:
- Experience of purchase ledger
- Able to process high volumes of invoices
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Experience of Sage 1000 would be advantage
