Our successful client is a local estate agency looking for a Part Time Property Administrator who can become a key-player in their small and friendly team! Job Title: Part Time Property Administrator

Location: Central Exeter

Salary: Up to £28,000 pro rata dependent on experience + bonuses!

Hours: Core hours are 9.00am-5.30pm, 3 or 4 days a week, flexible for the right candidate! Plus occasional Saturday mornings

The Company: We are representing a local, independent Estate Agency with a highly regarded reputation across Exeter and surrounding areas. They specialise in lettings and value their customer opinions and feedback to help make them a trustworthy, friendly and reliable agent, providing an excellent personal service.

The Role: As the Part Time Property Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative needs of the business, including operations, maintenance and, ensuring tenant and landlord satisfaction. Working in a small but mighty team who all support each other.

Day to Day Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and dealing with as necessary
  • Efficiently handling landlord and tenant enquiries
  • Registering applicants
  • Organising viewings
  • Managing and maintaining H&S checks for properties, keeping records and updating files accordingly
  • Organising and coordinating maintenance jobs - liaising with contractors, tenants & landlords
  • Preparing new properties for marketing
  • Putting invoices on the system
  • Arranging viewings as required and establishing rapport with applicants
  • Feedback to landlords, tenants and applicants following viewings

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience within the property industry essential ideally lettings
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident and ambitious
  • Excellent communication - verbal and written
