The Part Time Personal Assistant role is an essential position primarily assisting the CFO in a range of administrative tasks while also ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office. This role will be based in the Newcastle office.

Description

The role of the Personal Assistant will include

  • Manage and organise the directors schedule.
  • Coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the business
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Support the team with various projects as needed.

Profile

A successful Part Time Personal Assistant should have:

  • Previous personal assistant experience
  • Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.

Job Offer

A competitive salary upto -£33,000 per annum pro rata

This will be a part time role based on 3 days per week.
